Guest Post by Carlos Harleaux: There’s no denying that women are more independent these days and able to call their own shots. Gone are the days of meek and mild. Women are speaking up and speaking out on what they really want, think and feel.  The ladies are dominating in the boardroom, the music charts (remember “Independent Women” and “No Scrubs”)…and in relationships. When it comes to dating

I am sure by now most of you have heard that saying. Some of you may have actually read the book. If you have done neither, well let me shed some light on it. “Women are from Venus and Men are from Mars” expresses the belief that women and men operate in two different ways. Men are known to be creatures of logic, and women are seen to be driven more by emotion. So is this really the case?

Today I was talking to a good male friend of mine. He mentions that he recently had talks with some women about being in love and things of that nature. One of the things he took away from the conversation is that women fall in love with the men who can accept them as they are and never expect them to change. I responded with, “I agree to some extent, but not completely”.
